About Our Clinic
Office Hours and Appointments
Our office hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
We see patients only by appointment. For urgent problems, we can usually arrange an appointment within 48 hours. We ask that you let us know as far in advance as possible if you need to cancel an appointment.
The nature of our practice means that occasionally we are called away from scheduled appointments for emergencies during office hours. Our team approach is designed to minimize this inconvenience.
Telephone Calls
During Office Hours. Our office staff is trained to answer most common questions. If needed, your provider will return non-urgent calls within 48 hours, although sometimes after regular office hours. The best time to call for lab or test results is after 1:00 p.m. Please call your pharmacy for all prescription refill requests at least 48 hours in advance.
Emergencies. One of our providers is always on call for emergencies. After hours, call our office number and our answering service will contact us for you. In life-threatening emergencies, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
Fees
We are sensitive to the effects of rising medical costs and keep our fees within the customary range for this area. Please feel free to discuss any billing questions you may have with one of our account representative.
Obstetrical fees include all routine prenatal care visits, delivery and the post-partum visit. Lab work, ultrasound exams, any special testing, and other surgical procedures, such as cesarean birth and circumcision, are extra. Our account representatives can explain the fees and arrange a convenient payment plan.
Insurance
Our office staff will file insurance claims for you. Please have all necessary insurance forms or cards with you when you come in for your appointment so we can bill your insurance in a timely and accurate manner. We are not contracted with all insurance carriers. It is best if you contact your insurance carrier prior to your appointment to verify that we are contracted providers on your plan. Regardless of what your insurance company pays, you are responsible for full payment of all bills.
